EXCITING CHANGES WITHIN HANDS-ON HEALTH TREATMENTS

27th June, 2011

Hands-On Health Treatments clinics have been providing health care for twenty-years in the Bristol/Bath area. Yet again investment is taking place within in the clinics to enable the clinics and staff to improve the service we offer to patients re-enforcing the “patient first” ethos.
1.    NEW CLINIC OPENING BATH  In August Hands-On Health Treatments will open a fifth clinic within The Oldfield Doctors Surgery In Oldfield Park Bath. In September a full clerical and reception support team will be introduced in the surgery. Within the Oldfield Surgery Hands-On Health Treatments will offer Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Sports therapy treatments for patients registered within the GP surgery . The services are also available to people not registered at Oldfield Surgery. We look forward to working with the local community and with patients who want to access a high standard of patient care.

2.    KINGSWOOD CLINIC EXPANDING AND MOVING In the first week in September Kingswood clinic will be moving from the Orchard Medical Centre to the newly built Kingswood Health Centre in Alma Road Kingswood. The decision to move was taken to enable us to provide a larger waiting  and reception area, so we can improve the  clinical environment  and our service to patients. With this move we have also been able to expand the number of treatment rooms available to the clinic. This will enable us to improve the appointment time availability to our patients.

3.    FRENCHAY & DOWNEND CLINIC EXPANDING AND BEING REFURBISHED In September our Frenchay & Downend clinic reception will be refurbished and an extension within the clinic will take place to provide an extra treatment room. This will enable the clinic to improve the  clinical environment and our service to patients, this will also enable us to improve the appointment time availability to our patients.

At Hands-On Health Treatments, we have always understood that patients priorities are: appointment availability, a decent clinical environment and sound treatment. We hope with this investment in the clinic sin these difficult times we are once again proving that  our “patient first” ethos is paramount to us..
