Clinics
Ann Handley
I have worked for the chiropractic clinics since 1998, initially as a receptionist at Midsomer Norton and Keynsham clinics. I enjoyed being an active part of the Midsomer Norton clinic from its inception in 1998. In 2002 I was offered the opportunity to become the practice manager at the clinics and have played an active part in the clinics continued growth which is continuing to this day. In my spare time I love travelling and spending time with my family and love dancing. All the staff in the clinics aim to offer a friendly but efficient service to all patients at all times. We always strive to improve our service to the patients as the clinics continue to evolve.

After working for a total of 24 years in banking, I decided to try something new! Hence I joined the team based in the Keynsham clinic in March 2010. I found the staff and the patients to be both friendly and welcoming which was very much appreciated. I also work part time assisting my husband with his business and I keep active with my two children. I like to spend any spare time I have with my family.

I have worked in insurance for many years and working in a busy clinic is an exciting experience for me. I have two grown-up sons still living at home who still provide plenty of work. Any spare time I have is spent reading or planning my next holiday.

I am secretary of the Civillian support team at Kingswood Air cadets where my husband Mike is the commanding officer. This takes up a majority of my spare time although I am also involved with the Womens Institute on Staple Hill.

I joined the practice in 2011 after working for a few hours a week at a local school, whilst my 3 boys were in their early school years. As my children are now older I felt able to continue my previous experience as a receptionist. Any spare time I do have is taken up with taking my children to various football grounds around the south west. This ensures I never become bored.

I joined Hands-On Health Treatments in March 2012 working in Keynsham and Midsomer Norton clinic and also providing holiday cover across the clinics. I have spent the past twenty-two years as a personal adviser working for the department for works and pensions. I took early retirement, but after a few months at home decided that I was not ready to hang up my working shoes. I am married with a grown up family and grandchildren.
I enjoy spending time with family, especially the grandchildren. My husband and I love Cyprus and have spent our last few holidays there. We also enjoy day trips and long weekends at Woolacombe North Devon.
